On the occasion of Jan Matejko’s painting ‘Astronomer Copernicus’ in the @nationalgallery London, we are delighted to announce an art competition for the Portrait of Nicolaus Copernicus!!! ??

Nicolaus Copernicus is one of the most important Poles that have marked history and always will be remembered.

Copernicus was a Polish astronomer who proposed a heliocentric system, that the sun was stationary in the centre of the universe and the earth revolved around it

Submissions are open until July 15th, 2021. More details can be found on the posters. If there are more questions, please do contact us!
